Rebeca has over nine years of professional experience. Within Usaria she directed the incorporation, formalization and standardization of methods, techniques and tools of user experience, service design, user research and design thinking. As a consultant she has worked with various international and national companies, helping in research and the use of ethnography with end users, and designing the experience of multiplatform digital products. Prior to her role as User Experience Director, she worked at Usaria as Creative Director.
Rebecca believes strongly in the value of design in technologies and brands. She has participated and won local and international design competitions and was part of the 2013-2014 editorial board of the Technology section "Gadgets" for Grupo Reforma newspapers. She has participated and received awards in local and international competitions such as Good 50x70 and the redesign of the identity the State of Nuevo Leon. Prior from working in Usaria she worked in areas of web, branding and editorial design at companies like Direnet, Escala and FHDS.
She has a Masters degree in Graphic Design at the University of Monterrey and studies at Antonio de Nebrija University in Madrid, Spain.
